Cold Press or Solvent Extraction: Cherry oil can be extracted from the seeds or flesh of cherries. The seeds may be subjected to cold press extraction to release the oil. Alternatively, a solvent extraction method similar to strawberry oil extraction can be used to obtain cherry oil.
