MANUFACTURE PROCESS
Cold Press Extraction: Lemon peels are washed to remove any dirt or debris. Then, the outer colored part of the peel, known as the zest, is carefully removed from the fruit. The zest contains the essential oil glands. The zest is mechanically pressed to rupture the oil glands, releasing the essential oil. The oil is then separated from the juice and other residues.
